It doesn't seem the Mod repairs these.  I have a clan on my Server with there Whole Base walled off, all walls in range of a TC, but the Mod doesn't seem to want to repair the Walls if they are damaged.

High External walls aren't always considered as part of the building and may not be repaired by this plugin in that instance.
