Setting for crude rate?

How do I get a 1:1 gather rate on the pump jack? I'm guessing by the VIP having lower numbers that the higher means a slower rate. But I'm really not sure what to do with this
"Work needed Min(Change it can change the PM size)": 5.0,
"Work needed Max(Change it can change the PM size)": 10.0

As you can guess. Math is not a strong point with me. I'm working on learning the whole inverse proportion thing right now.

A bigger PM means more crude oil can be collected at a time.
Inversely proportional means that when one increases, the other decreases.
I find it difficult to get 1:1 because PM is random.
You can change the values of Min and Max and then test the size of PM yourself.

I did run into an issue when I logged in today though. The jack is running. But the output is zero and there's nothing in there from before the reset. I'm using PreventLooting so it wasn't looted by a player. And I've tried reloading the plugin while the jack was off and unloaded. Still nothing. I'm also using a stack modifier. Could either of those be interfering with the plugin?

Not interfere with the.
If this happens, you can only reinstall the new pump.
Maybe you uninstalled the plugin incorrectly.Data not saved successfully.

Restart the server with "quit" and do not shut it down directly.

is there a way to prevent pumpjacks running dry  on server stops and restarts i have my servers set to restart 2 times
a day automaticaly to maintain server performance. if you could add some thing to plugin to prevent this that would be great thank you. I and my vips love the plugin by the way.

on my servers the pumpjacks will stop producing crude oil for players after a day or so right now the only way to get them to produce oil again is to pick them up and and place them again was wondering if you there might be a way to prevent this from happening . i have my servers set to restart 2 times a day automatically thinking this may be the cause .was wondering if you can add some type of code to the plugin that would prevent this from happening.

You should type "save" before restarting the server

This is how I do it, so it doesn't happen on my server
