Players are reporting that their pump jacks are disappearing when they log out and then back in. Any ideas?

If it's Pump jack, it should have nothing to do with this plugin.

It's the only plugin I have effecting anything to do with Pump Jacks. I had a player place one on an Oil spot at 11:30am EST today, and it was gone by 2:30pm EST.

Do you have any recommendations for troubleshooting by some chance?

If pump is not in tc range, it will decay.
This is the default setting for rust.

The server is sat to No Decay.

I think No Decay would not stop pump decay.
