I tried to substitute the values ​​into the date from the server backup, unloaded the plugin, changed the date, but it is not applied.
I check the rates with the backpumpjack.info command, the maximum values ​​are indicated there, because I set a quarry with my rights, go to the date, look for this quarry by coordinates, and there the numbers are completely different .. :)

Proximity of the quarry is not a problem.
Plugin Public Quarry Lock scan all MiningQuarry when loading and unloading that is why you see messages related to player quarry locations.
To modify data files, plugin needs to be stopped before the modifications because plugin save on Unload.
Not clear why the game decides to revert the quarry resources to default value.

Will try to add more diagnostic to the plugin.

1) everything worked fine, I didn’t change anything in these two plugins for a long time, but today the guys said that they couldn’t interact with the quarry, I checked, and when approaching one of the quarries, no menu was really displayed, but the rest of the quarries were drawing menus

2) i tried reloading the plugins, the logs are above, it didn't give any results

3) then I decided to delete 2 broken quarries and reload the plugins, both plugins restarted without errors, but after that there was confusion in the date file

4) then I downloaded the night backup of the server and got the date file from there, deleted 2 broken quarries from it

5) unloaded both plugins, uploaded a new date file to the server, everything was fixed

6) I installed 2 new quarries instead of 2 remote ones, I installed them with permissions for the config with maximum production rates, changed their ownership rights, and wanted to substitute their previous production values ​​​​from the file date

7) unloaded the plugin, changed the values, loaded the plugin, there were no changes in the extraction, this was confirmed by the backpumpjack.info team, I also tried backpumpjack.refill, all quarries were successfully updated, but these 2 quarries also extracted maximum resources.

8) I unloaded the plugin, looked in the date file, and there were values ​​that I set up, loaded the plugin, and it also produces the maximum production  :) I still don’t understand why the values ​​​​from the file date were not applied to these 2 quarries :)

There have been a couple of report where a quarry would lose fuel or hopper container. that is why player can't interact with quarrys.
I am trying to detect and add a fix for that

Another user mention using ubertool to place a quarry. and it looks like the plugin just ignore those quarry. i will modify that.
