if pM - per minute (real time), i think that if pM = 1, i must take 1 item per Minute, but..
i make 0.75 on diesel barrel and from 30 barrels i take 31, i dont understand samething or that?:) thanks a lot

I think these value and units had meaning before the change from lowgrade fuel to Diesel. The Mining Quarry class was reworked by Facepunch.
the problem with updating the plugin code for that is it will break configuration for everyone using the plugin.
but yes, it should be the number of units produced per minutes. Also other plugin like SurveyInfo use the same units and calculations

For PumpJack, you should get about 1 fuel per minute if you use pM = 1. If you get 0.75, check if you have a plugin that affect gather rates.
For Mining quarry setting at 100 pM, you get about 1100 recource per minute ( 2222 ores per barrel of diesel and a barrel run for 2.08 minutes )
I have IQRates, but I did not notice any changes anywhere, because in the IQRates config all rates are x1, but with x2 privileges for quarries and excavator
maybe it makes sense to somehow update to the new parameters and we will configure the configs again? :)
