its not allowing me to place pump jacks at all in an oil crater even on falt ground and gives me the error "Failed Check: Sphere Test(prefabpreprocess- client/mining.pumpjack/sockets/survey_crater_test(6))

This is not an error from plugin

Thats becouse you are in TC / Bulding range
