Hi . I have a problem with the spawn of the Cargo Ship I changed the time between 2 spawn of "MaximumTimeBetween": 120 "MinimumTimeBetween": 30 and often there are 2 Cargo at the same time. Is this normal?

I beleive the event can run over 30 minutes so it could possibly be that, or that you did not disable to "normal" spawns so you got two at once that way.  From the documentation:
