Plane Crash not works - command not found

PilotEject looks like have same problem and HeliRefuel

i was play on some moded server where Plane Crash was working ok and even on some official server.

so my question is how we can enable this events?

Buy the plugins.

this plugin is only for vanilla events, the events you are describing are custom paid plugins.
