I am wondering why this appears in the console when there isn't even 1 line in the config about that event:

Are you sure that you don't have any reference from it in your config file?
That event is referenced by default when installing the plugin (a kind of sample/example).
Check "Event Settings" > "Cargo Ship Event" > "Event Weights" from the configuration file.
It might be there and you might remove that entry if you don't have the RustTanic plugin.
