So I have many events on my server like Pilot Eject, Plane Crash, Heli Refuel, Dangerous Treasures, etc. If I just want the Halloween, Christmas, and Easter events to be managed, can I just delete the options for Heli and Bradley in the config file and this will still work? I don't want to add custom events to this or have it conflict with my other events as I already have those running at specific times in their config files.

on the events that I don't want the plugin to manage will work? And my events for Heli Refuel, Plane Crash, etc will still work?
