First off I am a total noob at running my own server. That being said, I noticed that while running the automated event plugin mutliple apcs and cargo ships were spawning even though I only wanted one each to spawn. Also the heli was coming out to patrol every 15 to 30min even though I had it set to patrol every hour to 2 hours. Also the heli refuel, pilot eject and plane crash kept going back to false even though i set them to true. I ended up having to turn the plugin off. Wasnt sure if it was something I did wrong or if the plugin was just acting wonky.

Did you set the limits for them? Did you set them to spawn such that they overlapped? It sounds like a config issue. Give the description another read for how the various parameters affect operation.
