Also locked crates at power plant keeps spawning. Found 3 locked crates stacked on top of each other.

This plugin does not affect locked crates, that could be due the CH47. Shoot me your config and I will give it a check. Only the Bradley blocks spawning if one is already out. So if you call CargoShips too often you can have a few circling the map. I do that intentionally on my server so the various teams can all have a go.

Sorry for the late response. It did solve the problem disabling default options at the start, but now I get 2 Cargoships sometimes.
Also a patrol heli haven't been seen on my server today, tried calling the it maunally after waiting a full day. Nothing happened.
Also when trying to activate Helicopter Refuel event as well as Pilot Eject, nothing happens. This is my new config:
