No, this allows you to automatically manage the start of events such as cargo ship, chinook, etc. With messages sent to the players.

For shown on the map, use a another plugin (lustymap, etc...)

These are vanilla entities so map marker plugins should be compatible. Although this is a cool idea it is out of scope for what the plugin is trying to do.
