Setting the Easter event to true actually starts the Halloween event, too funny, just thought you'd want to know.  

It is in the documentation.  Facepunch reuses code between events making them NFG.  This will start to work with the patch coming out this Thursday.  Thanks for being concerned.  I do wish they would not do this as I would love to run all the events all year long.
