So when testing this, everyone on the server is able to auto pick up everything regardless of config file specifications and even without being granted permissions.

Tested now, doesn't auto pickup unless you have permissions granted, make sure you don't have autopickup.use granted to default group.

A few moments ago we retested with only 1 of us having permissions granted. Only that 1 individual was able to pick anything up. As for configuarations being ignored, it seems I greatly misunderstood the paramaters in the config file. As it seems, this plugin is actually functioning as described. I apologize for the false report and will mark this thread to reflect as such. Thank you for your assistance.
