If anyone get's around to updating this again would be awesome to get a permission to drive use as well as allow for player toggle on/off.  It's tough love for new players on a server with this when they realize their furnaces they left on last night pull from tc.  Would be much better to leave off by default and let players toggle on with permission imo.
