This config is what causes the issue, probably other resources are not checked additionally. Additional check steps for other resources are needed to avoid this issue.

If your building is constructed of just HQ that is all you need in the cupboard, The plugin only looks for the materials that are used in the base so if you have a stone wall in a steel base and there is no stone in the cupboard that wall will decay and will impact on anything that wall is supporting
