Not sure what this plugin is doing, but after a certain time it is loaded for it causes the server to lag? Probably a plugin conflict though so not sure if anyone else is having this issue.

For some reason with the plugin unloaded there is still an issue with decay. When I put the plugin in and reload it every 10 minutes there is no issue with lag. Very bizarre!!!!!
