Getting reports of stuff randomly decaying when it shouldnt

I'm getting various reports of stuff randomly decaying when it shouldnt. When tc is inside and connected and filled with the right resources.

I figure it is this plugin because its the only thing that handles decay.

Anyone else have this?

Yeah its definately happening. Even after you place a TC that has stuff inside it stuff will still decay unless you disable it in the config but then you need to disable everything and the plugin is no use. Any idea what is causing this?

I havent made any changes in a long while been using this plugin for at least a year and it looks like its happening after the update

Seems, I don't know why this happens.
It would be even better if this issue could be reproduced

I made everything not decay except for high external walls, still have check empty cupboard set to true but now i get reports of stuff NOT decaying (like a raided base which was raided over 12 hours ago)..

Also some raided bases that got their TC destroyed now no longer decay

Just to add to this I've had some instances of Wind Turbines and Large Furances decaying when they shouldn't since the update.

Maybe related to external TCs? or overlapping build priv?
