No, most client commands are blocked from the server anyway.
Any chance you could make a plugin that allows the server to run any player command as a player on login?
Or in my case, on first login?

Would make more sense to just modify the plugin you are already modifying to support a server command; instead of trying to make the server run a chat command that may or may not work properly like that.
If i cannot do that id have to remake the entire dynamiccupshare plugin which i can't
