That isn't an issue with the plugin, that means your filesystem permissions are making that folder inaccessible, else the folder is not under not the same user/group that is running the server.

Tl;dr: Fix your permissions for that folder. ;)

thanks Wulf,  I have run into this before but don't recall the solution as this is a hosted server.    I will submit a ticket to get it resolved -  Thanks for the reply !
