Any ideas why I can not spawn an item from menu in F1? Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I installed an admin tool that gives me the ability to give from another menu so I am fixed in that regard, but it would be interesting to know what the issue with the default give menu is. Thanks and no hurry :)

I consider this a common bug that happens at random.
