Every "arkan" not reporting post marked "solved" is not helping FYI!

I have all plugins needed,configured and working.

What is not appearntly scanning is Arkan given I had a bonifde recoil scripter just banned from a other server head shoots 10 times and Arkan gets nada!
Now, the cfg for weapons is deafult and the "how to" does say one word on when to change the default settings(if needed) in order for it to report. Nor does it state how to see if it is in fact scanning. I can /Arkan and get "No Player violations listed". Its loaded with no errors at start up.
I have read ervery post in this section and all I see is "solved"

What am I missing?

Seems it takes 12 or so hours for it to finely register a report. All's well ends well as I aced the install of 4 or 5 plugins which any of could have impacted the failure to see or receive any scan reports.
Especally when your getting 10 head shots from a bonifide recoil scripter :O
Tends to qustion ones abilities :/
