Full scan on all players?

Is it possible to scan all players at all times?
Is this a risk for the server performance?

My point is:
I've selected
"Check players only on the blacklist": false​
But I'm concerned about the performance with this setting.

Another question, I didn't understand how to add a white-listed or blacklisted player.
I run a 100x server with pop that ranges from 60 - 120 players on a 3500 sized map (i7 7700k CPU).  I did not observe any performance issues at 120 players.  I can't comment on higher pop scenarios though.

I have it on +250 pop server 4k map and haven't noticed any issues (9900K, NVME SSD), however I've stopped using it lately after the recent update made it too unreliable.

How is it unrelaible?

I never noticed performance issues, however every once in a while a timed warning that calling something from arkan took x ms. But every plugin says that every once in a while. It still beats having a server without Arkan.
