Great plugin idea.
Something that may add to it, just a suggestion.
Block new to server players from using chat on login for xyz minutes > Would block trolls/spammers/advertisers.
Honestly, I'd pay you for that lol

You might be able to do this with Better Chat. Not looked into it though.

If not then I'll consider adding it to this plugin.
