For example after 48 hours simply toggle it off via rcon?

You could schedule a command which revokes to antiofflineraid.protect permission from the default group, and then set it back later.

ahh ok so just revoke the oxide permissons then auth again. That will work as I only want the protection in the first 48 hours after the wipe.
 On a side note I actulay caught a player spawning C4 to offline a base and had a previous game ban for spawning rockets!
