We have a problem with the plugin on the server, our server provider has set up a regular restart around 4 am, after each restart no one has protection, the player has to come back to the server and then has protection again. When I invoke my own restart, the protection works.  Thank you for your help.

A "regular restart" with your host generally means the host killing the process, which is not graceful. More than likely your server is not actually saving properly because of that.
