Hey !
I really like the plugin but would it be possible to get it the other way around ? like only disabling NPC That we want and not everything then struggling for days trying to find all the one that you want to keep etc

Edit : 

With the plugin it seems that the npc that sells the mini & scrap copter isn't spawning again even without the plugin ( And all Vending NPCs at Bandit camp ) 
I don't unloaded all Outpost / Bandit camp related plugins but they wont spawn anymore..
