if you place a foundation  and a tc  and de-auth  you cant place a wall as expected 
however if you  de-auth from a building or outer tc (or were never authed) that is constructed  you can still place floor tiles to get over a wall 
ladders can still be placed authed or not ..if not authed you cant remove them  as per normal rust

i got no compalin about this on several servers. The ladder placement correctly works. The floor placement tested in every permutation, and we didn't see any gap. Please contact me on discord and show me if you have any real life example. Kaucsenta#8175
