With this plugin, can you prevent people from code-locking items they don't own?

For instance: 

1. Player1 owns a door, but it has no code lock.
2. Player2 tries to put a code lock on that door
3. Player2 is not on player1's team
4. Player2 will not be able to put the code lock on the door

If not, could that be an added feature? That'd be great for build servers where you don't want people taking over other's items.

If you actually need the feature, it would be quite easy to add for your own use.
