Can this plugin be used on community servers?

he means you can post adverts diretly into the server through server chat so it reads
" SERVER : This is a message sent through rcon "
The fact that you can do this in rcon means that it shouldnt be an issue using the advert message plugin as its automating what you are allowed to do as a server owner.
