Just add a permission like "advertmessages.exclude", so if players have it they will not recieve those messages.
Also, there could be several lists with own include/exclude permission lists, but even 1 would be nice.

I do like how is suggestion is worded, When it wouldn't work like that. There would need to be several changes made. It would help if people didn't change it from the default time of 1 broadcast per 10 mins. I join servers where there is a broadcast like every 30 seconds.

i have it set once every 10 mins.

I have set it to 10 mins as i have to balance new players from various countrys not seeing it and leaving before learning how to do things as some join and after 2 mins leave as they cant work out the commands against regulars who record,  10 mins is the happiest medium so far hence why it could be a good feature, but if its too difficult to do then oh well what a pity nevermind lol

It would be easy to do, but not as easy as he worded it.
