This mod has been broken for a loonnng time. Is there any way you could we could get an update and make this plugin work again?

Also could you update it to change the avatar photo when it changes the name as well? Something that is choosable through server's local file system?

Generally said Icons are Steam Profile based avatars, so in this case he could only add a posibility for you to set the steamid64 of the icon avatar you want. Its his plugin so his choice just saying what is possible and what isnt
