I fixed it. Also the client.disconnect command obviously doesn't work anymore so a fix is to use player.kick username in the code and then create a init that watches messages from the server for a specific message (so it doesnt popup about it kicking an admin toggling.)
The CFG writing is an issue because of the null value in the writecfg command.
Installed it and attempted to use. It asked me to set my player name which worked, but didn't change the color.
Tried to use admin perms, they worked. Relogged. Admin perms were gone and had to readd through console.

Does not work. Tried to use it and permanently lost admin rights -- could not toggle back after switching to player status. Had to uninstall, re-add myself as admin and reboot. Several of the json files in /oxide/config were fubar'd after that and I had to restore from back up.
Plugin rewrited, problems are solved.
