Hi. The commands stopped working after yesterday’s server update. Restarting the plugin doesn’t help. There are no errors during compilation.

if Rustic0 does not respond with a fix by this weekend, I will assume they have abandoned this plugin. I have privately messaged them about it and gave them the error that shows up in my console so they know where the fix needs to be applied. If they do not fix in a timely manner, I will have no choice but to take this plugin over and do the fix on my own. If that be the case, i will place the fixed plugin link in here for all of you to have access too. Please stay tuned.

It's not something the developer can fix guys ... Facepunch made changes. The only way you can do this now is if you use keybinds that utilize F1 console commands. I'm going to assume you guys all know how to setup keybinds by now, if not google it... but below is reference to day, night, real time. Even my plugin doesn't offer this functionality anymore and I have tried extensively to get it working, to no avail. Now I just have an updated plugin that offers day / night time handling and weather control. https://github.com/SeesAll/DayNightWeatherController

Just Keybind the following... 
admintime 12 - This will give you daytime
admintime 0 - This will give you midnight
admintime -1 - This will change your view to realtime again.
