This is my first post because i culd not find any awnsers online but maby you can help me.

So to my question, i have my own rust server and i use the admin radar to look for hackers but i have this one guy who dont show up on radar, is it a cheat that makes him invissible to me or just a bug in the program?

Because i can se everyone else but not him and he has been reported for haveing esp and aimbot thats why i decided to look him up and found out that i cant see him on admin radar.
