Do i really have to log as i have entered deepcover and when i type /deepcover to remove it - it says i dont have the permission
Seems a bit daft

"Remove Admin Flag When Deep Covered": false,

No matter what i do i cant get out of it 
Typing deepcover once in deepcover says you do not have permission to use this command.

You have moved the player to the default usergroup so in effect there will be no way out as it would mean giving all default players the right to use this plugin.

instead of granting the permission to group admin, try granting it to yourself

that fixed it - you have to give it to the person not the group

Grant the permission to users using `o.grant user` instead of to the admin group. Because when you are not an admin (DeepCovered) you lose the permission.
Otherwise, using admin abilities while being a default player (DeepCovered) will definitely make the server think that you're cheating, so disable `Remove Admin Flag` option to avoid it
