Button stays on screen after exiting the item have screenshot if you need one

Please provide full scenario. What item do you exit, how you exit and so on. I faced it only once, but didn't find the scenario. If you have, share please.

The player opened small furnace add items to smelt and click the button to sort the item and exit. Then moved to large furnace and then added items to smelt and clicked the button to sort the items and exit. Moved back to the small furnace to collect the items after exiting the small furnace the button stayed on the screen.
