Time multipliers refer to real time or in game time?Fixed

if they refer to game time, is there a way for you to add an option to set multipliers depending on local time?

Is there any way to set multipliers for individual entities? 

For example, on my server I would love to add Cell Walls to Elite Crates, disable the crafting option and have them be inbetween metal and armored.

I can set all of that myself, but is it possible for you to add the functionality?

Adding Cell walls to elite crate = AlphaLoot or other loot mod.
Disabling crafting = No Craft.
Changing 1 wall type = ...

I have a few request to change specific items, the problem is if I do one, I have about 30 other folks have asked for... It would end up with damage control per item and there are a lot of in game items.  The Json file already challenging to manage without another thosand entries. 

I know Colon Blow has written a special plugin just for doors.  It is currently exclusive on some servers.  He was the inspiration for this plugin, and and awesome guy.  You might be able to convince him to modify https://umod.org/plugins/damage-mod-building-block-protection  to allow for different wall types.  Doing this per type would really be its own plugin so it is just a straight up list and a value.

I should have updated this.  there is a distinct json in data now to allow per item multipler that is used on top of the other multiplers.
