Would be amazing if you made an option to make it possible to use it with ZoneManagerAutoZones. Right now my monuments are PVP but it's not showing as PVP

You should inform the developer of the ZonemanagerAutoZone plugin to include "PVP" in the name of the PVP zone.
Otherwise, there is no way to support it.
Alternatively, you can use the DynamicPVP plugin.

What if I also use RaidableBases with PVP & PVE bases? Will that be an issue?

You just need to have zones created by ZoneManagerAutoZones include "PVP" in their names

So I've tried what you explained to me, but I am getting an error if I change the names. 

I've added "PVP" behind all of the names. Example;

  1. "Monument Options": {
  2. "AirfieldPVP": {
  3. "Enabled": true,
  4. "Radius": 200,
  5. "Enter Zone Message": "WARNING: You are now entering a PVP Zone",
  6. "Leave Zone Message": "Returning to PVE Area",
  7. "Zone Flags": [
  8. "autolights"
  9. ],
  10. "TruePVE RuleSet to use if TruePVE is enabled": "exclude"
  11. }

You cannot modify it in the config, you must notify the developer of the plugin...

Sorry, I understand what you mean now. 

I've downloaded DynamicPvP but it does not seem to work with ZonePVx.
