How do I prevent damage from occurring to players inside the zone from players outside of the zone?
People are outside of the zone (cannot take damage at all - protected with TruePVE) and shooting players inside the zone (PVP is active).

The players are getting killed inside the zone, but they cannot do any damage to players outside of the zone.   :/
