I logged off in a zone, managed to die at some point somehow, then logged back in and couldn't place items. Spawned my camper via WhiteThunders vehicle plugin and it removed my codelock from the camper and put it in my inventory. This is specifically for items I believe, as I couldn't place a ladder anywhere I tried. Plus it says "not allowed to deploy items" and I could place wooden walls.
