While setting 'no decay' flag, Vending Machines are still decaying in my SafeZone

There seems to be a disconnect with the gui on some flags.  Try using the /zone <option> <setting> method. For no deploy you would edit the zone in question, then type "/zone nodeploy true" in chat.
