After last wipe updates players have been able to build and deploy in zones flagged no build and no deploy. I double checked the zone flags and had a few players test.

+ nodecay not working too

Had to take Zone Manager off as did not seem to be working right. Having deleted previous file with a zone, it was putting a zone in other areas and vending machines were still decaying. Hope this is fixed soon but appreciate your time is also valuable.
