Bloock some commands in a zone? is it possible to configure it?

Players can only run commands on things they have permission for.  What are you trying to block?

ive made a parkour and i dont want players to be able to spawn in a mini inside the parkour they cant fly into it but they can spawn one inside the zone and then cheat.

Zone manager can't do that, however you can put up sam sites around the area. 

There is a way to put a zone within a zone,  where the outer zone can be set repel players and the inner zone will allow players to spawn inside it.
