i trying use the landlord plugin and it fine but it depends on this plugin to work and every time i add it it instanly drops my servers fps and i have a great server from icedhosts
Makes my server fps go from 56 t 30s
You may need to go into your affinity settings and allocating a single core to your server.

dont think you do that type thing on hosted server like icedhosts maybe if decated
