What are the Custom 1 2 and 3 zone flags?

What are they for?
just going to give this a little ressurection and say in 3 years it seems no one still knows?
Id love to be able to set these to something like... if a player is inside the zone they can use Monumentaddons or something like that to create a small buildable zone in a monument or other permission based things

"They are there for other plugins to utilize. For example, a plugin could create a zone and add one of the custom flags, then they could check if a player/entity has the custom flag specified to perform their own actions. They serve no purpose besides that."
