So the time is not staying. Only on reload of plugin does the time reset to correct time in config, then after awhile it just progresses through the time cycle going to night time and such.
Zone time is not persisting
It works completely fine for me and other users so most likely something else interferes. Try to start a server only with this plugin and zone manager.
