Is it possible to set a zone to be randomly selected?
And a follow up question,  if its possible to have this zone be selected for a random amount of time?

I have some monuments selected to be PVP (using True PVE) so I would like to see if other areas that I input could be selected from a list (Zone Manager) to become PVP for a short time?

You would have to use DynamicConfig to acheive that, to setup different config options at different times. I use this For TruePVE to turn off the zones on the 6th day for a Purge Event before Wipe.
