Hi , iv uninstalled this pluggin, restarted my server reloaded zone manager in rcon and still get the "You have entered a pvp zone/ you have entered a pve zone " message ?

That would be because you still have information in your Zone Manager Data files. You would have to stop Zone Manager, delete/edit the Data file and then reload Zone Manager.
